The Heathrow Skills Partnership
The Heathrow Skills Partnership has a range of courses for adults to help improve their skills and job prospects. Each partner college below is offering free support for their local residents.
The National Careers Service
The National Careers Service in England continues to be available for people in need of careers information, advice, and guidance. In line with government guidance, adviser sessions will be available via telephone. Clients can book an appointment via the National Careers Helpline. They can also book webchat sessions via the National Careers website.

Skills Builder Framework
The Universal Framework for Essential Skills is a toolkit developed by the Skills Builder Partnership and informed by industry leaders. The Framework helps users to identify how skills are used and transferred in every stage of life and provides ‘build it’ steps to help develop essential skills. The Toolkit is a free downloadable resource for colleagues.
Shaw Trust employment support programmes
The West London Alliance, made up of the boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow are working with Shaw Trust to deliver two employment support programmes. The programmes will help residents develop their skills and gain sustainable employment.

Citizen Advice helps thousands of people to resolve their legal, money and a huge variety of other issues by providing free, independent and confidential advice. When you access their advice services you will be asked to enter your location and identify support and guidance in the area you require.

Access to Work
Access to Work is a publicly funded employment support programme that aims to help more disabled people start or stay in work. It can provide practical and financial support for people who have a disability or long term physical or mental health condition. Support is offered through mental health support services, specialist equipment, help with travel to and from work or support workers.
