Outplacement Support

As a result of the global pandemic, employment for many people in the aviation sector has been impacted. The Heathrow Employment and Skills Academy is equipping colleagues with the know-how and confidence to help them find and transition into their next job and career, whether at Heathrow or beyond.

Career Essentials

Team Heathrow colleagues at risk or already unemployed from Heathrow can register for the following support at enquiries@heathrowacademy.co.uk

  • CV and interview skills
  • Guidance on navigating social media for job search and networking
  • Information, advice and guidance on jobs and careers
  • Signposting to live vacancies and training opportunities

The Academy’s main partner in providing this support is the Department for Work and Pensions who have set up a dedicated Heathrow Jobcentre Plus service
