Site Supervisor

Dyer & Butler are presently seeking to recruit Site Supervisors to join their expanding Aviation Division.

Utilising your knowledge and expertise on a wide range of Civil Infrastructure projects your duties will include:

• Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
• Site Supervision
• Toolbox talks & HSEQ briefings
• Delivery of works to program & budget
• Temporary Works Supervision
• Excavation Supervision
• Client liaison

The role may include with appropriate experience or training:

• Pre-start site inspections
• Organising plant & materials
• Writing Risk Assessments
• Producing Health & Safety plans & Work Package Plans

• Experience working on a variety of different Civil Engineering projects is essential
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a safety critical environment - desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to get the most out of the people working for you
• Willingness to work nights
• SSSTS with SMSTS desirable
