About The Role

This is a part time role working 16 hours per week on an 8 month fixed term contract.

Fortnum & Mason are bringing the best of their products to international travellers, offering everything from their iconic hampers to the popular range of teas, preserves, and confectionery - there’s something for everyone.
 
Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Stock Keeper/Sales Associate to join the dynamic Terminal 4 pop-up store. Responsible for delivering world-class service, the new team member will be passionate about Fortnum & Mason products and skilled at bringing them to life for each and every customer.

About You

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Stock Keeper/Sales Associate will provide outstanding service on the shop floor, ensure stock levels are maintained, present products impeccably, and achieve departmental KPIs through a blend of individual excellence and teamwork. Fortnum & Mason's Stock Keeper/Sales Associate will have the opportunity to captivate customers with product knowledge, so a confident, engaging, and friendly personality is essential.
 
The ideal candidate will:
 
  • Have a genuine passion for luxury retail
  • Demonstrate previous experience in a relevant role
  • Enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers
  • Be eager to learn about Fortnum & Mason products inside-out, with a constant thirst for knowledge
  • Accurately record stock, replenish and maintain continuous product stream to the shop floor
  • Have attention to detail and great organisational skills
As this role is airside, flexibility with shifts and working patterns is crucial, including early morning starts from 5am.
