About The Role

Cobalt is seeking experienced Senior Ramp Agents to champion safe, efficient turnarounds at Heathrow. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's most prestigious airlines.

As a Senior Ramp Agent your key responsibilities include:

Complete the full range of ramp handling tasks to the highest possible safety and service standards

Represent Cobalt in a professional manner and take the lead in ensuring safe working practices under the direction of the nominated Ramp Supervisor on the turnaround

Be a specialist operator of key Ground Service Equipment (GSE) and Jet Bridges, and complete runway crossings (as operationally required) subject to satisfactory completion of the relevant training

Perform key tasks independently whilst remaining under the direction of the nominated Ramp Supervisor

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player and be able to maintain a safe and secure working environment. In addition, you will have:

Educated to at least GCSE standard
Comprehensive knowledge of customer airline operational procedures
Proven communication skills
At least 2 years service in ramp operations
In‑depth knowledge of ramp operations procedures
Full UK manual driving licence (max 3 penalty points)
