Line Chef

TRG (The Restaurant Group) are looking for an experienced and reliable line chef to join their team. You will create an unforgettable guest experience by preparing and delivering delicious food.

As a line chef your key responsibilities include:

• Having the skills to work on the front line of the kitchen whether it’s the grill or the pasta section
• Ensuring excellent and professional service at all times
• Prepare and cook food to spec as orders arrive
• Check food quality before collection from kitchen
• Create an atmosphere of excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Adhere to all company standards

The ideal candidate for this role will go above and beyond to deliver operational excellence, no matter what time you’re working. In addition, you will meet the following:

• Previous line chef experience
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high pressured environment
• Able to stand for long periods
• Listen to and take onboard feedback
• Be a team player with the confidence to work independently during peak shifts
• Meet the criteria for working at Heathrow
