The Line Chef is confident to cook food to match Wagamama spec, all the while maintaining their high food safety standards. Working as part of a team comes naturally, just as much as enjoying good food does.
As a Line Chef your key responsibilities include:
- Leading in a way that makes a positive difference within the team, helping ensure we’re all connected and part of something special, that is Wagamama
- Helping the front of house team learn more about dishes, ingredients and cooking techniques
- Spotting opportunities to interact with customers, enhancing their experience
- Showing an interest in the performance of the restaurant
