Client Advisor

Burberry are looking for an enthusiastic Client Advisor to join their team, delivering a personalised and elevated experience to Burberry's new and existing clients.

Reporting to the store management, the Client Advisor will inspire clients by conveying passion for Burberry, fashion and luxury products

As a Client Advisor your key responsibilities include:

• Through storytelling and passion for the brand, inspire clients creating desire and love for Burberry with your client interaction
• Provide luxury service and demonstrate knowledge and expertise in product, fashion and styling
• Contribute to daily store operations, by maintaining luxury standards, including appropriate levels of products, supporting with inventory management, markdowns and stockroom maintenance when required
• Follow company policies, guidelines and procedures. Use visual techniques to maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines
• Efficiently following up and delivering after sales service to clients
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPI's, as well as service targets

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on being a team player. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
• Clientelling experience
• A strong interest in fashion, art and culture
• Detail orientated and creative with a passion for selling
• Fluency in English, additional languages an advantage
• Results driven and commercial mindset
• Flexible, collaborative and adaptable approach to work
