Sales Specialist

Magical, memorable moments of delight. That’s what you’ll create for their customers as a Sales Associate in the Harrods store at Heathrow. You’ll add your retail experience their airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world.

As a Sales Specialist your key responsibilities include:

• Providing world class customer service.
• Be a key holder with all the responsibility of opening and closing a store
• Oversee daily store requirements such as daily counts, review sheets, replenishment
• Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.
• Delivering sales and service through the team in the absence of the Supervisor or Retail Manager
• Building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals.
• Adhere to the VM Standards and Housekeeping at all times and ensure that the team follows Harrods Standards Cover the supervisors Holiday periods, taking responsibility in the supervisor’s absence
• Being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

With a retail background, ideally within Senior Sales, Harrods expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. They are a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. It is a fast-paced environment, and you’ll need:

• Previous experience within a retail setting.
• The communication skills to make a quick, long-lasting impact in a highly skilled team.
• A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
• Self-motivation to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work within a team.
• Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
• Be able to secure an Airside Pass.
