Tom Ford are looking to recruit talented Fragrance Specialist to join their team at Heathrow. As one of their highly skilled sales associates you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in⁃store experience which educates and delights customers.

As a Fragrance Specialist your key responsibilities include:

Building collaborative working relationships
Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
Providing best-in-class customer service
Maintain merchandise and display counters

About You

The ideal candidate would ideally have previous retail experience, you will have the following skills:

A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
Approachable, friendly with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs
Flexible availability across days/hours
