A Customer Service Agent will carry out services under the brand of Airport Concierge. You will be required to assist a range of customers, from unaccompanied minors to high profile VIPs at Heathrow Airport.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in a security restricted area
- To provide airline check-In & baggage hall assistance
- Provide Concierge Porter service and En-Route Lounge
- Ensure all services are carried out to the highest standards at all times
- Work in line with all company, client and environment protocol agreements
- Ensure company presentation standards are adhered to at all times
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when assisting high profile Clients whilst maintaining strict GDPR confidentiality
- To develop, build and maintain effective working relationships with clients
- Always show professional, courtesy and respect to all co-workers and staff
- To confidentially trouble-shoot and assist in resolving issues, dealing with disruption and irregularities which may occur
- Ensure you have in-depth knowledge of the airport environment and products
- Liaise closely with Co-Ordinators/Team Leaders and co-workers to ensure team effectiveness and a positive working environment
- Completion of all necessary reports and paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Escalate any foreseeable service issues to your Co-Ordinator/Team Leader at the earliest opportunity
