About The Role

Avolta are opening a new Bill's Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2 in 2026! They are looking for an experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen at our brand-new restaurant. In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of back-of-house operations, delivering exceptional food quality, maintaining compliance with all standards, and creating a positive, high-performing kitchen culture. From stock control and food safety to team development and smooth workflows, you’ll ensure every plate reflects the brand.

Main Duties:

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
Lead and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Manage stock control, ordering, and due diligence processes.
Maintain high culinary standards and deliver dishes that delight guests.

About You

The right candidate will:

Have proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a busy hospitality environment.
Be passionate about fresh, seasonal food and delivering exceptional quality.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
Have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
A valid UK passport.
For non-British nationals, a share code and date of birth to verify your immigration status via the UK Government’s online Right to Work checking service.
A Five year checkable work history.
