Chef de Partie

We’re opening a brand-new Bills Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal, and we’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and proactive Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team from day one.

As a Chef de Partie (CDP), you’ll play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes that bring our menu to life. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring smooth service, excellent food standards, and a clean, organised workspace at all times.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. If you thrive under pressure, love being part of a dynamic kitchen team, and are excited by the buzz of a busy restaurant environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
• Experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role (high-volume hospitality experience is an advantage)
• The ability to manage a section effectively during busy service periods
• A positive, can‑do attitude with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with chefs and front-of-house teams
• A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
