About The Role

This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is focused on delivering a high-quality, efficient recruitment process, with a strong emphasis on coordination and stakeholder experience.

A key part of the role involves managing interview scheduling and logistics, working across busy and often changing diaries to ensure a smooth end-to-end process. You will act as a central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience throughout.

Working within a well-defined and structured framework, you’ll follow established processes and templates while maintaining accuracy, pace, and attention to detail across all recruitment activity. The role also offers some exposure to wider recruitment support tasks, contributing to overall team delivery.

About You

What They’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Confident in handling high-volume interview coordination and complex, constantly changing Outlook diaries
  • Clear, professional communication skills when working with candidates and hiring managers
  • A process-driven and detail-oriented mindset, able to follow structured processes and templates accurately
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
  • Ability to work at pace while remaining organised, proactive, and responsive to change
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a coordination, administrative, or recruitment support role
  • Exposure to recruitment processes such as interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and supporting hiring activity
  • Comfortable using recruitment systems/ATS platforms, with an understanding of maintaining accurate candidate data and process tracking
  • Confident using Outlook and managing busy calendars
  • A strong service-oriented mindset, focused on delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Someone who enjoys working within clear processes, structure, and defined ways of working
