Learning & Development Specialist

About The Role

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating a culture of continuous learning across the business. You'll design and deliver engaging training programmes, support employee development, and ensure colleagues have the skills and knowledge needed to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality security, induction and classroom-based training.
Develop and maintain training programmes across warehouse and office functions.
Identify training needs through performance data and stakeholder engagement.
Create and deliver competency-based assessments.
Review and update training materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
Support the development of e-learning content alongside the Digital Learning Developer.
Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Design learning pathways that support employee growth and business objectives.
Help build a high-performing, knowledgeable workforce through coaching and development.

About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced training professional who is passionate about developing people and driving performance.

You'll Have:

CAA Approved AVSEC Instructor (CIN) certification.
Relevant Education and Training qualifications.
Excellent training, coaching and presentation skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
The ability to identify training needs and recommend effective solutions.
A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
The confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
