Jo Malone London is looking for inspirational and customer-focused Stylists to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Jo Malone London Stylist, you will combine your passion for people, fragrance, and gifting with your creative flair to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience. Working in a fast-paced airport environment, you will engage with customers from around the world, helping them discover products that educate, inspire, and delight

You will also play an important role in supporting in-store events, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and contributing to a high-performing team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase the world of Jo Malone London and bring the brand story to life
• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at every stage of the customer journey
• Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across fragrance, bath & body, home, and gifting collections
• Support the delivery of in-store events and customer experiences
• Maintain world-class visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently achieved
• Replenish and rotate stock whilst communicating low-stock or out-of-stock items
• Process transactions accurately using retail point-of-sale systems
•  Contribute to achieving store and team performance targets

Desirable Experience

• Previous retail, travel retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Experience using retail point-of-sale systems
• Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin or Arabic, would be highly beneficial due to Heathrow's international customer base

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service and passion for fragrance
• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK and provide proof if invited to interview
• Working hours: 0500-2200 
• Shift breakdown: 10 hour shift
• Shift pattern: working week from sun-sat. Shift pattern for 36hours - any 4 days of 7 & PT any 2 days of 7
• Uniform: Formal/Smart all black
