The successful candidate will have evidence of working as a team, experience communicating with stakeholders, excellent planning, organising, prioritisng and critical thinking skills, additionally you will have the following essential skills:
- Previous experience in transport or control room operations
- Working knowledge of the London and Heathrow geographical area
- Understanding of EU and Domestic driving hours
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent Customer relationship skills and People management skills
- First Aid and Fire Warden trained (desirable)
In addition, you will also need:
- Degree in business administration, or equivalent experience.
- A collaborator with an eye for continuous improvement.
- Clean DBS (Criminal Background Record)
