About The Role

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Bill’s Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2! Known for its vibrant atmosphere and fresh, seasonal dishes, Bill’s is the perfect spot for travellers looking for a memorable pre-flight experience.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience and maintain operational excellence. You’ll help lead and motivate the team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and uphold the Bill’s brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy opening and grow your career in a dynamic hospitality environment.

 Responsibilities: 
  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations and driving performance.
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with stock control, labour management, and compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
  • Contribute to team development through coaching and training.

About You

The right candidate will:  
  • Have experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Have good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
