About The Role

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Bill’s Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2! Known for its vibrant atmosphere and fresh, seasonal dishes, Bill’s is the perfect spot for travellers looking for a memorable pre-flight experience.

Bill's are looking for a talented Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team. As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, smooth service, and a positive team culture. You’ll be hands-on in the kitchen, helping to manage stock, uphold food safety standards, and mentor chefs, all while delivering dishes that reflect their brand’s commitment to excellence. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Support the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Lead by example, motivating and guiding the kitchen team to deliver high standards and work collaboratively.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining accurate records for due diligence.
  • Maintain high culinary standards and ensure every dish meets brand expectations and delights our guests.

About You

The right candidate will:   
  • Have proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Be passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering outstanding food.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to support and inspire the team.
  • Have excellent working knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
