Amalga Limited is a specialist airport construction logistics contractor supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport. We provide comprehensive logistical services including the safe movement of equipment, consumables, materials and airside-cleared personnel within live operational airport environments. Our work is underpinned by strict safety, security and compliance standards, ensuring seamless integration with Heathrow’s operational requirements.

Operational Delivery

• Transport construction materials, tools and consumables to designated work sites using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment.

• Support skilled tradespersons with labouring duties as required.

• Assist in waste management, including removal and disposal of redundant materials in line with environmental and site procedures.

• Escort temporary pass holders in compliance with airside security regulations.

• Support traffic management operations to ensure safe movement of vehicles and personnel.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safe systems of work, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).

• Maintain strict adherence to Heathrow Airport safety, security and operational protocols.

• Actively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment for all site personnel.

• Participate in required training, audits and compliance activities.

Technical Skills

• Safe manual handling and use of basic construction tools and equipment

• Understanding of construction site practices and protocols

• Awareness of airside operational procedures (desirable)

• Basic knowledge of traffic management principles
