About The Role

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Full Time

Baggage Services Agent – Lost & Found Requirements:

  • To perform all activities including baggage tracing/reconciliation and liaising with relevant customer airlines and passengers in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of World Tracer an advantage but training will be given
  • Handle passenger claims in an efficient, timely and customer focussed way in coordination with or support of the customer airline’s policy
  • Assist with the handling of passengers and their baggage in relation to operational service delivery and delay recovery in case of flight disruptions
  • Exemplary customer service skills and professional attitude
  • Candidate must have problem solving skills, time management skills, and be professional in all communications
  • Previous experience in similar position is a plus
