Sales Associate

Magical, memorable moments of delight. That’s what you’ll create for their customers as a Sales Associate in the Harrods store at Heathrow. You’ll add your retail experience to their airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world.

As a Sales Associate your key responsibilities include:

• Providing a world class customer service experience
• Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge
• You’ll also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance
• Providing satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass
• Building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals
• Being an ambassador for the Harrods Brand

• Experience in retail
• A genuine interest and passion for Harrods
• Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• A strong ability to work within a team
• Great organisation skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly
• Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends
