Sales Specialist

Magical, memorable moments of delight. That’s what you’ll create for their customers as a Sales Associate in the Harrods store at Heathrow. You’ll add your retail experience their airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world.

As a Sales Specialist your key responsibilities include:

• Previous experience within retail or customer service, in a team leader role with keyholding responsibilities
• The communication skills to make a quick, long-lasting impact in a highly skilled team
• A genuine interest and passion for Harrods
• Self-motivation to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• A strong ability to work within a team
• Great organisation skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly
• Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends
