About The Role

At Plane Food Market, our kitchen handles thousands of hungry travelers every single day. Our Kitchen Porters are the engine room of our operation. Without an organized, fast-moving support team keeping things running smoothly, the entire kitchen falls behind. If you love the buzz of a busy kitchen and want to be part of an elite team, we want to meet you!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Keep all kitchen work surfaces, counters, walls, stoves, and food preparation areas perfectly clean and sanitized.
  • Wash cookware, pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery at a fast pace so our chefs always have the tools they need in rotation.
  • Clean up kitchen spills instantly to avoid operations bottlenecks and keep storage spaces organized.
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and safely storing food and kitchen supply deliveries.
  • Take out garbage and assist the chefs with basic, routine food prep tasks (like peeling/chopping) when required.

About You

What We’re Looking For :

  • A fast learner with a genuine interest in working within a lively, energetic kitchen environment.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand, move quickly, and lift items during long hours.
  • Strict willingness to adhere to health, safety, and hygiene rules.
  • Good basic teamwork skills and a positive, "can-do" approach to supporting your team.
  • Willingness to work varied airport shift patterns, including early mornings and weekends.
