Lounge Hosts/Hostess

About The Role

Your Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
Deliver exceptional customer service upholding Etihad's luxury hospitality standards
Provide personalised support and assistance throughout the guest's lounge experience
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding promptly to queries and requests
Serve food and beverages in a professional and attentive manner
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout the lounge
Build positive relationships with guests and create memorable travel experience
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a courteous and professional manner
Ensure all lounge facilities are presented to the highest standard at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless premium guest experience

About You

Minimum 1 year's experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, luxury retail, premium lounges, luxury hotels or private members' clubs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile airport environment.
Flexible approach to shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
