Stock Replenisher

Fortnum & Mason are looking for a Stock Keeper to join the retail team within our Terminal 2 store. Responsible for the accurate reporting of stock, ensuring a continuous product stream to the shop floor, and replenishing the shelves and displays, we’re looking for an organised individual with strict attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Passion for product and a hunger to learn is imperative, as you will be responsible for collating a vast array of stock

As a Stock Keeper, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of this department. While this is a stock driven role, it requires a successful candidate to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as they will be occasionally engaging with customers and providing top-class knowledge of the store and their products

The ideal candidate for this role will have a confident friendly personality. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to lift and transport stock
• A passion for luxury products, alongside relevant product knowledge
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Desire to learn 
• Ability to work on a rotating rota, including early starts and late finishes
