Stock Controller

Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Stock Controller to join their pop-up store in Terminal . The pop up store is the perfect place to pick up a taste of home, or a little gift to take away. It offers the best of Fortnum’s food, drink, and gifts to international travellers – from Fortnum's iconic hampers, to their popular range of teas, preserves and confectionery, there is something for everyone.

• Working alongside the floor team to ensure a continuous product stream to the shop floor
• Carrying out merchandising and display duties, ensuring stock is replenished and presented in line with Fortnum & Mason's standards 
• Safely handling and processing deliveries  
• Reviewing and improving stock count, ensuring accurate reporting of all stock 

• Experience within a fast-paced environment, carrying out a similar role in stock controlling/replenishment
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• A friendly, warm approach with great people skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, early shifts and late finishes
• The ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders, including staff and customers
