About The Role

We’re opening a brand-new Bills Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2 in Q1 2026, and we’re looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Store Person to keep our back-of-house operations running smoothly from day one.

As our Store Person, you’ll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for receiving deliveries, managing stock levels, maintaining clean and organised storage areas, and ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. If you take pride in organisation, enjoy working as part of a busy team, and love the buzz of a thriving restaurant environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something exciting from the very beginning.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Experience handling stock, deliveries, or working in a similar stores/stockroom role (hospitality experience a bonus but not essential)
  • The ability to work efficiently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • A positive, cando attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with chefs, managers, and the wider team
  • Confidence using stock systems or a willingness to learn
  • The ability to lift, move, and organise stock safely
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
